- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information.
- A statement confirming your ownership or authorization.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and take appropriate action, including content removal where required.
All other content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, product curation data, and AI-generated recommendations, is owned by or licensed to CurateIQ Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
6. Product Listings, Rankings, and Disclaimers
Editorial Nature of Recommendations
The product shortlists, rankings, and recommendations displayed on the Platform are generated through a combination of artificial intelligence, data analysis, and human review. These are presented for informational and comparative purposes only and should not be interpreted as warranties, guarantees, or endorsements of any product, retailer, or brand.
Third-Party Retailers
All purchases are made directly with third-party retailers, not through CurateIQ Inc. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any products offered by third-party retailers. Any issues related to shipping, returns, warranties, or customer service must be addressed directly with the retailer.
In certain cases, LushLife may facilitate checkout or transaction initiation on behalf of users as an authorized agent; however, LushLife does not take ownership of goods, process payments as the merchant of record, or assume responsibility for retailer obligations.

7. Assisted Checkout & Agency Authorization
Agency Authorization
By using LushLife.ai's assisted checkout or purchase facilitation features, you authorize CurateIQ Inc. (“LushLife”) to act as your limited agent solely for the purpose of transmitting order information, initiating checkout actions, and facilitating transactions with third-party retailers on your behalf through APIs, integrations, or other technical methods.
Not the Merchant of Record
LushLife is not the seller or merchant of record for any products purchased through the Platform.
The third-party retailer is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Product warranties and guarantees
- Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws
Payment Processing
Any payment credentials you provide are transmitted directly to the retailer or its authorized payment processor. LushLife does not store or control your payment information unless explicitly stated and disclosed at checkout.
Customer Support Role
LushLife may provide a customer support interface to assist with order tracking, issue escalation, or retailer communication. However, this support is facilitative only and does not replace the retailer's obligations or responsibilities.
Retailer Terms Apply
