Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from the Profile section within the app. When a deletion request is made, the account will be soft-deleted — meaning your personal data and activity records will be retained in a deactivated state for up to 6 months in accordance with our data retention policy. During this period, your data will not be visible or accessible through the app. After 6 months, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
